Job Description:

• Ensure accurate registration of guests, room assignment, reservations and details; prepare keys, collect payments and provide appropriate hotel orientation when necessary.

• Maintain a cash float, accept and process payment for guest accounts at registration and checkout; maintain a daily report of all deposits and receipts and ensure all transactions, posting and cash are accounted for and balanced at the beginning and end of each work shift.

• Maintain operation of Lounge and serve guests as necessary.

• Be knowledgeable of Hotel information to effectively and confidently answer guest inquiries.

• Handle In-room F&B service when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year’s experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

• Strong knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office and HotSOS.
