Job Description:

Financial Planning and Analysis Lead will be involved in a variety of topics at Europe geographical level, depending on the current financial position and priorities. The role requires a strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to coordinate, consolidate, analyze and report Europe Market financial information. Exposure to Europe Senior Leadership team and WW Corporate and Offering Leaders.

Business Support

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with the Market VP, CFO, Sales leaders, Sales Operations team and Delivery leaders as well as other core finance functions;

  • Contribute to the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and financial models;

  • Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing reports, focusing on data accuracy and reliability;

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and variance analysis;

  • Communicate, coordinate and prepare monthly Business Operations Review package for Europe Market;

  • Maintain strong business controls based on audit standards and reporting requirements;

  • Support Sales Team with Growth analysis: Sales Bookings, Sales to Revenue P&L, Backlog review and validation; SalesForce analytics, etc.

  • Support Strategy, Planning and Business Operations;

  • Identify areas for process improvement in financial planning and analysis.

Forecast

  • Provides guidance to territory FP&A leads and Financial analysts for Forecast Process and Cadence in line with quarterly corporate requirements;

  • Partner with the Sales team to ensure consistency between Sales and P&L Forecasts;

  • Consolidates Forecast Analytics, Forecast on Forecast, Quarter on Quarter, Year over Year, Forecast vs Budget, Risk and Opportunities, etc., including details like revenue by offering, cost by cost stack, Days Sales Outstanding metrics;

  • Prepare and Report consolidated Forecast Summary for Upper Management Reviews;

  • Monitor financial system alignment on all Forecast indicators;

  • Responsible for system tie-out for final Forecast at Market/Territory/Offering level.

Budget  

  • Support annual budget planning for the Market / Territories / Offerings with various Sales growth analytics: Projected opening secured simulation, S&B analytics, Year over Year variation;

  • Ensure that budget is fully deployed to territories by offering and accounts, highlight any significant year over year and sequential trend changes;

  • Responsible for system tie-out for final Budget at Market/Territory/Offering level.

Master data

  • Provide guidance and support for accurate master data and alignment to DXC Standards for all running systems (e.g. Client/Offering Taxonomy, Regional Hierarchies)

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • In depth financial knowledge (finance policies, procedures, processes, tools) with preferably 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in financial planning and analysis;

  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics;

  • Excellent computer skills in general, especially Excel;

  • Able to work independently and take initiative;

  • Strong analytical skills;

  • Good communication skills and very good prioritization skills;

  • Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines);

  • International business exposure, working in a multi-cultural environment requires and global organizations;

  • Excellent team player in multi country teams with very good interpersonal and communication skills;

  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology;

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written). Spanish would be a plus.
