Job Summary
As the Category Operations Analyst you will be responsible to support and manage  product management and category processes for a country or a set of countries around Central and Eastern Europe with minimum supervision. The role supports local Area Category Manager with pricing, analysis, product setup, product marketing related tasks and tender support. You will review current business processes and performance metrics for the Personal Systems business unit category teams, and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role gathers and analyses data, creates reports and establishes management dashboards and review documents.

Responsibilities
• Manages operational tasks such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment, SKU setup, for a country or a set of countries with minimum supervision applying discretion and judgement.
• Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using IT systems for different KPIs.
• Supports the analysis conducted for backlog management.

• Supports the category managers with Tender support.

• Supports the category managers with product setup.
• Supports the category managers with pricing management tasks.

• Gathers pricing data from country and region for planning.

• Reviews requests from partners on product marketing.
• Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Establishes and maintains management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents to drive business outcomes and operational excellence.
• Conducts ongoing operational training and readiness for new hires.

 


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
