The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Systems and Payroll Advisor to join our team. As a Chapter Member in People Experience, you'll play a pivotal role in driving HRIS maintenance and improvements, ensuring our systems are always at their best. You'll support continuous improvement in HR policies and practices, providing essential payroll support and review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the HRIS is maintained and improved to meet organisational needs.

  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and practices.

  • Provide accurate and timely payroll support, including reviews and investigations.

  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll and HR systems.

  • Manage data requests and generate reports as needed.

  • Administer system security and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

  • Test and implement system upgrades and enhancements.

  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve system issues and improve functionality.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in HR systems support, preferably with Workday.

  • Experience in payroll management with an outsourced provider.

  • Strong background in HR operations and process improvement.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
