Our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) are committed to supporting the financial well-being of businesses and communities across Australia. We pride ourselves on putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and supporting the success of regional communities.

In this role, you will be supporting a significant and healthy portfolio consisting of commercial clients with credit facilities of $3M-$50M with strong potential for growth. 

Based in Port Macquarie, some days you may be working from our offices, a client-site or remotely. We encourage flexibility for you to meet client needs, and your goals inside and outside of work.  This role has been added to our expanding and growing team and will focus our efforts to support the growth expected in the Port Macquarie region over the next 5 years.  

The successful applicant will be supported by a highly capable and experienced team of Analysts, Account Managers and fellow Relationship Executives.

More Specifically, You Will 

  • Work closely with clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions
  • Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities

  • Are deeply passionate about building strong customer-centric relationships.
  • Have a growth mindset looking to further develop their financial skills
  • Hold a strong commercial acumen with experience in building successful customer portfolios
  • Comfortable with driving business origination across diverse customer sectors
  • Business banking experience within the property or financial sector
  • Are tenacious, resilient and self-starters, tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance or a related field advantageous
