YOUR ROLE

As a Process Engineer you will be responsible for defining, developing, and supporting manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality production through technical expertise in assembly, automation, and engineering standards

Responsibilities

• Develop and release process estimates for new manufacturing projects.
• Define and execute Statements of Work (SOW) for new processes and initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring clear communication, organization, and decision-making.
• Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles in process development.
• Support and optimize assembly processes and automation systems.
• Maintain and update system and process documentation in alignment with standards.
• Ensure compliance with housekeeping, safety, and operational standards.
• Interpret and apply electrical and mechanical drawings to process design and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process feasibility and efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes and tooling

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (electrical and mechanical).
• Knowledge of assembly processes and industrial automation.
• Experience with GD&T principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (80% or higher).
• Strong awareness of safety and housekeeping standards.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
