Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the operation of computer equipment, verifying data, and performing time-sensitive clerical tasks in the data processing function.
• Examines, revises, approves, and dispatches input and output materials according to established specifications.
• Troubleshoots/resolves all hardware issues to maintain productivity levels (Thin-Client, RF, printer, etc).
• Monitors activity within the computer room utilizing an AS400 system.
• Reports the status of work in progress and problems encountered to warehouse management staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years of computer operations support experience.
• Computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Education:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform lifting (weight varies based on product)
• Scheduled start times, workdays, and assigned work areas are subject to change based on business need and coverage.

Hours:

7:30PM - 4AM CT, Sunday-Thursday.

Work Location:

Aurora, IL (onsite)
