The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Order Handling Specialist to join our Insulating Components Plant in Łódź.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate execution of customer orders. If you are highly organized, goal‑oriented, and enjoy working with people - we encourage you to apply!

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Creating and updating the register of orders and quotations, including entering orders into SAP
  • Preparing order confirmations and commercial agreements
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with customers throughout the entire order‑handling process
  • Coordinating shipments to customers, including issuing sales invoices and shipping documentation
  • Working closely with the transport department to arrange cost‑optimized logistics solutions
  • Preparing reports and analyses related to processed orders
  • Managing customs‑related tasks for export shipments
  • Archiving and maintaining complete documentation for handled orders
  • Receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to the quality department
  • Supporting internal process improvements within the order management area

Your Background:

  • University degree
  • Experience in sales, logistics, procurement, or order management in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Very good command of English for communication in an international setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an asset
  • Practical knowledge of tax and customs regulations (preferred)
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong analytical skills, and good problem‑solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills and customer‑focused mindset
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team
