As a Marketing Finance Executive you will provide essential financial and administrative support to the Marketing department, ensuring rigorous control over marketing spend, vendor payments, and overall budget management. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, validating expenses, preparing documentation for vendors, and monitoring the margins generated by marketing activities. Acting as a key back-office partner to the Marketing team, as a Marketing Finance Executive you will ensure transparency, efficiency, and compliance across all marketing financial processes.
Track and control marketing expenses against budget.
Validate and process vendor invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate records of marketing spend and financial allocations.
Prepare simple financial reports on marketing costs and margins.
Communicate with vendors mainly in writing to request or confirm financial documentation.
Ensure proper filing and audit readiness of all marketing finance data.
Support the Marketing team with financial insights and resolve discrepancies proactively.
Academic background in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Numerical skills and interest in finance-driven tasks.
High proficiency in Excel.
Good level of English (verbal and written).
Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach to work.
Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and demonstrate proactive problem‑solving.
Comfortable interacting with vendors, particularly through written communication.
Ambitious mindset with the desire to understand business processes and continuously learn.
Team-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
