The Data Analytics and Report Developer is responsible for overseeing the entire report development lifecycle, from analyzing user requirements to ensuring the quality and accuracy of reports. The responsibilities include designing and implementing report layouts and data models, developing complex SQL queries to extract data, and modifying or creating new reports based on business needs. Collaboration with IT development teams is essential for integrating reports into larger systems, and proper documentation is maintained for troubleshooting and future reference.Additional duties include providing technical support and training to users on report tools, ensuring data security and compliance, and staying updated on new reporting technologies. The role also entails delivering Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, leading the planning and implementation of automation, and resolving technical issues by working closely with IT support teams. A focus on fostering learning and growth within the business and IT teams is encouraged, particularly regarding data analytics and best practices for reporting technologies.
