Position Summary
The incumbent will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of new subscription initiatives. Reporting to the Subscription Head, this position will focus on ensuring seamless operational processes, managing orders and logistics, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Role and Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (e.g., delivery times, order accuracy) to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements .
• Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to align with business growth strategies.
• Assist in the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition into the new subscription offering and delivering a positive first experience.
• Provide timely and accurate support to resolve customer inquiries and escalations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
