Summary of This Role

Manages a team who lead projects / initiatives supporting the company-client relationship, ensuring client satisfaction. Oversees the execution and completion of information technology solutions projects and implementations in the professional services arena. Provides budget analysis, labor planning, and coordination of activities between client and company team members. Monitors project and implementation completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections. Oversees performance of the implementation and client acceptance of capitalized / enterprise software systems, or system integration projects or engagements. Serves as mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for team members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients.

What Part Will You Play?

  • Wins Professional Services business from new and existing clients in order to meet and/or increase revenue projections. Maintains current client and industry needs to prepare sales and marketing materials which are tailored to fit the specific client needs. Facilitates discussions with clients at all levels of executive management to ensure successful business outcome.
     
  • Creates all Statement of Work (SOW) documents after negotiating terms and pricing and tailoring each role to the specific client’s implementation needs. Facilitates multi-party legal discussions to ensure client approval. Ensures critical timelines are met in order to meet revenue recognition guidelines for all revenue projections and targets. Manages contract amendments, renewals, pricing proposals and approvals while staying closely aligned with the Issuing Account Managers.
  • Represents or acts on behalf of the client regarding the client's business model, financial position, implementation processes and offerings. Translates between internal and client stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned. Cultivates and manages the client relationship to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
  • Maintains a close collaborative relationship with senior leadership in Sales, Account Management, Client Services and Implementation Services in order to facilitate sales opportunities. Coordinates and drives activities with a variety of team members to include solutions consultants or business analysts, portfolio analysts, marketers, developers, system test analysts and operations engineers to execute against delivery plan and ensure optimal solution is delivered to our clients.
  • Develops business cases for expansion of teams and new services and/or products in answer to market needs.
  • Reviews and approves weekly and monthly client billing and invoices and resolves any reporting or calculation issues, questions, or disputes.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
  • Typically a minimum of 10 years
  • related professional experience including a minimum of 5-6 years experience in a managerial position.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • related field of study from an accredited university.
  • Prior Global Payments, payment or technology industry experience is preferred.
