We are looking for someone with the ability to help us build collaborative and mutually-beneficial relationships with others while performing a role in our Sales team.
The Sales Account & Store Development Manager delivers the Team’s Sales and Market Share objectives by creating competitive advantage and superior presence for P&G brands in retail stores. The Store Development Manager delivers improved results for P&G brands by selling ideas in the areas of: distribution, shelf, and merchandising. They also identify, create and sell systems that assist customers in executing their pricing strategies.
As Sales Account & Store Development in the Commercial Team, you will:
Leads the team responsible of the execution at the stores.
Develops a superior relationship with Store Managers to successfully sell and execute P&G’s instore vision (shelf arrangement, displays/touchpoints across de store and checkouts)
Daily work supports the retail store improvement/execution of P&G Sales Fundamentals (i.e., Pricing, Advertising, Display, Distribution, and Shelf)
Provides Account Executives with excellent retail execution of P&G brand plans.
Provides AE’s the insight and methods necessary to successfully support/sell the retail/store components of their joint business plans.
Provides AE’s the ideas and plans necessary to meet/exceed retail expectations in support of New Item Initiatives.
Communicates competitive activity in P&G categories to the team’s AE’s (this activity must not conflict with any customer confidentiality agreements).
Works with customer to optimize and continually improve current retail operating systems.
Shares and Re-Applies retail operations insights that improve P&G results within the team.

Live in CDMX
English Advanced
3-6 years of experience as Key Account Manager
Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
Proven ability to communicate English (written and spoken).
Clear ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office package
