  • Establish and maintain quality, performance, and monitoring standards

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and integration layers

  • Drive improvements in data quality, discoverability, and system scalability

  • Contribute to long-term architectural planning, modernization efforts, and platform roadmap development

  • Able to balance feature delivery with foundational improvements

  • Comfortable working across multiple systems (SFCC, APIs, integrations, feeds)

  • A collaborative team player who can work with product, QA, and cross-functional teams

  • Focused on building maintainable, scalable, and performant solutions

You Have

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

  • Experience with backend development (SFCC controllers, services, integrations)

  • Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks)

  • Strong understanding of APIs (OCAPI, SCAPI) and system integrations

  • Experience troubleshooting across end-to-end commerce flows

  • Experience with CI/CD solutions (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines) and automated QA pipelines.
