In your role as Global Product Manager Digital Products (m/f/d) you will be responsible for overall Product Life Cycle of dedicated digital products, including definition of market needs, creating of business cases, oversight of product development activities, marketing.
Your tasks
- Define new business models for digital products and ensure continuous alignment among individual products
- Market assessments for key products, i.e. market segmentation, market quantification
- Definition of customer needs, develop program vision and roadmap
- Close collaboration with local/regional marketing/sales/product management teams
- Business Case per product
- Collaboration with internal and external partners to build the required functionality. Deployment according to content and business case targets
- Prioritization of features and functions, definition of releases and program increments
- Stakeholder communication
- Continuously drive creation of new product ideas, create ideation campaigns, and perform market validations in close cooperation with sales, marketing, and corresponding value streams
- Define new business models for digital products and ensure continuous alignment among individual products
- Management of product lifecycle
- Building a digital community with marketing and sales representatives
- Increasing the team and program success (through managerial skills or technical breadth)

Your profile
- Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering or digital area
- Digital experience and portfolio knowledge
- More than 6 years’ experience in Med Tech and/or Digital (R&D, Marketing, or similar area)
- Proven track record of setting up global marketing plans and initiatives in a complex matrix organization
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration with R&D counterparts and Product Management
- Deep knowledge and experience in product management and application of methods and tools
- Strong leadership and moderation skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Global mindset and willingness for occasional business trips
- Fluent in English, in written and spoken, knowledge of German would be a plus
