Position Summary:

As the Sr. Manager of Business Operations for Mexico, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational execution of our Mexico-based business. This role involves managing the P&L, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across Sales, Service, Finance, HR and IT functions. You will play a key role in fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainable practices to meet the company's objectives and strengthen our market position in Mexico.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term business strategies aligned with corporate objectives to accelerate sales and optimize efficiencies.
• Exhibit strong leadership by inspiring, motivating, and developing a high-performing, diverse management team—ensuring the right talent is in place to meet business goals.
• Meet or surpass financial targets by aligning execution across departments, driving growth, innovation, commercial excellence, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement to scale operations and increase productivity.
• Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements within Mexico.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among sales, engineering, finance, and other functions to maximize overall business results.
• Develop and monitor an annual business plan, including SOPs, KPIs, and project management strategies, to track progress and achieve objectives efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Build and manage an effective sales pipeline, including quota setting, performance KPIs, strategic selling opportunities, and value-based coaching.
• Leverage advanced digital tools and technologies, with a focus on digital marketing, to support organizational growth.
• Represent the company in negotiations with customers, suppliers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure optimal contractual terms.
• Lead efforts to grow revenue and margins through the development and execution of sales programs, strategies, and systems.

Team:

• Reporting to Mold Masters America's General Manager, the Sr. Manager of Business Operations - Mexico you will develop and lead a team of direct and indirect reports across sales, operations, finance, and engineering. Your leadership will ensure the organization is structured, staffed, and developed according to evolving business needs, fostering a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of senior management experience with progressive responsibility in managing P&L, operations, sales, or related functions—preferably within the global industrial equipment manufacturing industry.
• Proven success in strategic planning, analytics, and problem-solving.
• Experience leading a sales team or holding sales responsibility.
• Strong financial acumen with a thorough understanding of EBITDA, margin management, and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on integrity and collaboration.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Willing to travel approximately 25% internationally to support regional and global initiatives.
