Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve interfacing with clients, interpreting and resolving issues, and ensuring smooth system operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend Excellent communication skills - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with clients to understand their issues and provide effective resolutions. - Interpret client issues and design appropriate solutions based on deep product knowledge. - Ensure smooth system operations by monitoring and resolving any technical issues. Maintain a high level of communication with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their issues. Professional & Technical Skills: -Mandatory Basic Networking skills : Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent) Must to Have Skills (Minimum 1 or more L10 and below, Minimum 2 or more for L9 and above): Cisco FTD, Juniper SRX, PaloAlto, Fortinet Good to have Skills : Zscaler, Prisma Access, Forti-SASE, Cisco ISE, IPSec VPN Good to have knowledge on Skills : Cloud Networking, Automation, Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) Proficiency in network security Implementation and Operations. Experience in designing and deployment of SDWAN network. - Strong understanding of network security principles and operations. - Experience in implementing and managing network security solutions. Knowledge of firewall technologies and malware detection systems. - Familiarity with network protocols and network security best practices. Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management. Hands-on Experience with security monitoring tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
