Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our team and lead the development and execution of our Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Data Cloud, with a deep understanding of Customer Data Platform (CDP) use cases, data warehousing, and data pipelines. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to build and execute on a defined roadmap.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and its capabilities.

• Understanding of CDP use cases, data warehousing, and data pipelines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field and 6 - 8 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

• Salesforce certifications related to Data Cloud.

• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.

Location:

• This position will be based at our National Executive Office in Memphis, TN

• The position will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
