Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.

The work model for the role is: #Li-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Project Portfolio Management Team in Group IS. Main stakeholders are project and portfolio managers.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Analyzing current Project Portfolio Management tooling and processes, finding faults, improvement possibilities and new technologies to support the process
  • Implementing required changes in the Planview tool landscape, maintaining its documentation and communicating back to users
  • Supporting L2/L3 Support team in daily work 
  • Adjusting and optimizing RDL reports and SQL notifications
  • Executing and improving UAM controls

 
Qualifications for the role
  • You have foundational skills in SQL and Microsoft Report Builder – experience writing queries and creating/adjusting RDL reports.
  • You have basic knowledge of Project Management and Agile methodologies – understanding of portfolio management concepts is a plus.
  • You possess an analytic mindset – you can identify process inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements.
  • You are passionate about attention to detail and user-focused support – you understand that your work impacts end-users and communicate accordingly.
  • You have basic IT operational experience (helpdesk, technical support, or similar role) – comfortable working independently on defined tasks.
  • You are fluent in English and able to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: PowerBi, PowerApps, experience with Portfolio Management tools (Planview), or UAM controls.
