Job Summary
• This role is responsible for providing guidance for intricate HR matters on processes like onboarding, data management, while ensuring legal and process compliance. The role holds authority over operational decisions, administers training, and enhances direct HR access experiences. The role refines shared service processes, collaborates on systems enhancement, and leads projects, including optimizing employee onboarding and offboarding within a cost-effective and change-oriented framework.
Responsibilities
• Acts as an HR consultant on matters of medium to high complexity, constantly advising local HR and business stakeholders (i.e. managers and employees) on local legislations, HR systems, and HR processes.
• Reviews country HR processes and policies, and ensures these are compliant with local legislations.
• Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters, ensuring actions are in compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Develops and delivers training for new processes, programs, and platform rollouts.
• Recognizes and reports trends to improve employees' and managers' direct access experience with HR sites, myHR sites, myHR services, and HR systems.
• Analyzes and redesigns shared services business processes, elicits and documents requirements, tests and validates technology solutions, and provides end-user support.
• Assists in the operation of managing a profitable HR global service department through productive staffing, strong customer satisfaction, cost controls, setting and meeting objectives with high initiative for change.
• Evaluates processes, tasks, metrics, and analytics within HR global services.
• Works closely with HR systems and process integration teams to streamline processes, leverage automation and workflow, and spearhead improvements to systems and user experience.
• Leads or supports country/regional/global projects and oversees and continuously improves employee onboarding and offboarding.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in customer service, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
