Project Overview:
Lead Full-Stack Engineer responsible for building and scaling an internal workflow automation platform based on n8n.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows integrating multiple systems and APIs

• Build and scale workflow automation platform capabilities

• Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in development

• Support platform onboarding, customization, and adoption across teams

• Partner with stakeholders within the Japan Recruit domain

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and business teams

• Deliver scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency

• Support long-term platform success and adoption
