We are looking for an ambitious Enterprise Transformation Program Manager that is self-motivated and an agile learner to join us on our journey of becoming ADI’s business process transformation engine.

At ADI, we are in the process of launching a Transformation Management Office (TMO). To support the launch of this organization, we are creating the role of Enterprise Transformation Program Manager. The Enterprise Program Manager is a critical role within our Transformation Management Office (TMO). This individual will be responsible for orchestrating and driving complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This pivotal role serves as the central command and control hub, ensuring alignment, coordination, execution, and governance of multiple interconnected programs. The successful candidate possesses exceptional organizational and analytical skills, a deep understanding of program management methodologies, and the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

This role reports to the Sr. Director of Business Excellence.  

JOB DESCRIPTION  

Mission Control

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all transformation initiatives.
  • Define and provide strategic guidance, oversight, and governance.
  • Establish and maintain a robust program management framework, including governance structures, reporting, and risk management processes.
  • Act as the central command and control (mission control) for all enterprise transformation initiatives, providing visibility and oversight.
  • Identify dependencies and interconnections between programs, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing conflicts.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that could impact the overall transformation.
  • Prepare comprehensive and insightful presentations for executive oversight, demonstrating program progress, achievements, and challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, providing regular updates, recommendations, and ensuring alignment.

Standardized Methodologies

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation program roadmap, aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the transformation ecosystem.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and drive performance.
  • Create and enforce standardized program management methodologies, templates, and best practices across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformations.
  • Expert level knowledge of project and change management  
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile/SCRUM or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with change management frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
