A customer-oriented service representative will act as a liaison between our practices and our patients to efficiently and accurately schedule patient appointments and resolve any emerging problems that our patients might face.
Call Center Objective: To serve Rock Dental Brands clinics by scheduling as many patients as possible and providing required information while maintaining a positive patient experience.
Answers incoming calls relating to, new patient consultations, assisting in triaging emergency calls, accepting payments and representing our clinics and providers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
Maintain exceptional call quality and quantity standards
Schedule patient appointments
Determines what inquiries are to be forwarded and/or transferred for more detailed research and assistance.
Works routine claims in non-technical mailboxes as assigned.
Outbound calling to assist clinics’ with scheduling
Attend and contribute to team huddles and team meetings
Any other duties as assigned
Professional, outgoing, friendly demeanor
High school diploma or the equivalent
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
