Solution Architect – Quality Assurance

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Solution Architect – QA to design enterprise-wide testing and quality engineering frameworks across CRM, ERP, and integration systems. You will focus on allowing scalable, reusable, and automation-driven QA practices across the organisation.

We are open to hire in Pune, Noida, Bangalore, and Chennai

You will be reporting to ENGINEERING MANAGER IT.

Your Responsibilities:

• Architect and build enterprise-grade test automation frameworks that are scalable and reusable.
• Define QA standards, governance models, and best practices.
• Design comprehensive test strategies including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Lead testing architecture for CRM, ERP, and integration/API systems.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with defined quality gates.
• Conduct test architecture reviews and improve.
• Develop reusable test accelerators, templates, and utilities.
• Mentor QA teams and promote automation-first practices.
• Guide shift-left testing adoption across development lifecycle.
• Define test data and environment strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and partners.
• Experience using a CRM software system.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience in test architecture and framework design.
• Expertise in automation tools such as Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Experience with enterprise applications like CRM and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Experience with STLC, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps.
• Programming/scripting experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

• Experience in QA transformation or modernization.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6.
• Knowledge of cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
• Experience in test data management and environment provisioning.
• Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced or equivalent.
