Sandvik M and C Zimbabwe (Pvt.) is seeking an Experiential Learner to gain practical, hands-on experience within our mining and construction operations. This program is designed to provide foundational knowledge and skill development across various departments, preparing individuals for future career opportunities within the industry.
Job Responsibilities**
* Participate in structured on-the-job training programs across different functional areas, which may include engineering, maintenance, production, supply chain, and administration.
* Assist experienced professionals with daily tasks, projects, and operational activities.
* Learn and adhere to all company safety protocols, policies, and procedures.
* Document observations, progress, and learnings as required by the program.
* Actively engage in learning opportunities, ask questions, and seek feedback to improve performance.
* Contribute to team efforts by completing assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors or mentors.
Job Qualifications**
* Recently completed a relevant technical diploma or degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Business Administration, etc.) from an accredited institution.
* Strong academic record.
* Demonstrated eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
* A valid Class 4 driver's license would be an added advantage.
* Must be a Zimbabwean citizen.
