Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee program operations.
Coordinate grant-related tasks, including meeting grant requirements and deliverables, preparing and submission of the reports and coordinating staff and project evaluation.
Assist Project/Program Director in strategic planning, program development, grant writing, progress report submissions.
Ensure high-quality services through ongoing program evaluation.
Maintain and enhance key community partnerships to develop, advocate for and provide a wide range of services needed. Represent the program in key planning groups and project meetings.
Maintain accurate data on the program services to document program effectiveness and to support quality improvement. Ensure the successful achievement of goals/objectives as outlined by program funders. Report programmatic outcomes to funders, as required.
Advance the mission of the program. Ensure programs and services provided are evidence-based. Identify and secure additional funding for programs and services that are in accordance with the program mission.
May recruit, train and supervise staff and volunteers.
Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Perform indirect, non-clinical tasks related to the job, including regular attendance at staff and other meetings and timely compilation of client data upon request.
