JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Performs downloading of WIP Reports convert to excel worksheet and send out to Planning Team and other support group for reference and updates.

  • Responsible in providing Other Oracle reports, per operation, Inventory, Grind, Cycle time, Planned Completion Dates and others as needed.

  • Performs lot starts release and send out INOP to different Subcon sites.

  • Performs Manual Receipt transaction in Oracle based on Invoices if needed.

  • Performs actual status of lots as needed. Responsible in changing PCD in Oracle as directed Planners.

  • Ensures proper Oracle transaction for shipment to other sites provided with Internal Sales Order.

  • Performs Online Shipping Order.

  • Reviews/checks all reports before sending out to Production Group.

  • Monitors Assembly Status and provide accurate information of lot per lot to Planners.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree, any 4-year course

  • Knowledge in Oracle system

  • Excel Expertise
