工作主要内容与职责：

• 承担电力系统的运行管理工作，要求以零停机为目标运行
• 负责高压配电设备的正常运行，维护保养计划并监督实施
• 负责低压配电设备的正常运行，维护保养计划并监督实施
• 负责设备的正常运行，维护保养计划并监督实施
• 负责电力系统改扩建的设计及规划并监督实施
• 负责电力设备的年度维护保养计划并监督实施
• 负责电气设备的检查，测试，维修及维护工作
• 负责电梯的安全管理，维护及正常运行
• 熟悉电力系统的运行核心参数，以及系统负荷的核算能力
• 编制所属系统的技术、质量管理流程及标准
• 承担项目重大技术解决方案的研讨工作，并提供技术支撑
• 定期巡视，检查系统的运行情况，并提出改善意见及计划和落实执行
• 负责系统运行的成本分析，有效控制运行维护成本，并提出节能改善计划
• 系统改造时施工现场管理人员；对工程项目的建立、实施、测试、验收进行全过程管理，包含配电室等专业工程
• 配合公司做好节能工作
• 配合系统的优化，改扩建和技改工作
• 配合其他的部门的专项检查及审计工作
• 完成上级交办的其他工作等
