Job Overview:

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, analyzing business processes, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will be analytical, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for management to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive improvements in day-to-day operations.
• Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
• Assist in managing and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by the operations team and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an operations, business analysis, or similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with process optimization, workflow analysis, or project management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $59,000.00.
