You’ll build strong relationships across a wide range of customers, representing the STM NatWest Markets proposition with confidence and clarity. In a market that never sits still, you’ll track shifting dynamics and juggle multiple variables at once.
You’ll stay closely connected to clients through calls, messages and online channels, sharing timely insights that help drive trading opportunities. By feeding market colour back to the desk, you’ll play a key role in generating transactions and deepening client engagement.

Your ability to build rapport quickly, communicate with clarity, and spot opportunities will help you strengthen client relationships and contribute to our team’s sales activity. You’ll also bring your experience with working across multiple areas of the bank, supporting funding, liquidity and execution while applying a solid understanding of bank funding and financing.
Fluency in French and English is essential, and an additional language such as German, Dutch, Italian or Spanish will help you connect with an even wider client base. A solid understanding of STM products, the drivers behind them, and experience within a banking FI product area will also help you operate comfortably across our front-office systems and related processes.
