Job Summary

Job Description

Research new items to identify regulatory requirements and ensure the accuracy of existing item regulatory data. Support Medline’s compliance with Rx drug traceability requirements. Review and process Rx drug traceability compliance records. Release product from regulatory hold and ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the Rx drug traceability records.

Responsibilities

  • Review items which are new to Medline to identify product regulatory requirements (including storage and handling requirements, Rx drug traceability requirements and item classifications).

  • Enter required product information into SAP.

  • Monitor and release product from regulatory hold and verify the accuracy and authenticity of the information and documents.

  • Coordinate with IS on the Rx drug traceability process and with Item Master Data on the new item set-up process.

  • Maintain department databases, logs and files as required.

Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Relevant Work Experience

  • At least 1 year of customer service and/or product research experience.

  • Basic skill level in Excel, Word, SAP and AS400.

Preferred Requirements

Relevant Work Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience with drug distribution documentation and tracking.

  • Previous data management experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$23.25 - $32.50 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
