Responsibilities:

• Provide sales with timely and balanced proposals to be onward submitted to customers
• Support sales in pre-order sales activities, including customer visits as and when needed
• High performance based design of the projects, Continuous improvement in costs and designs
• Maintaining a good vendor base
• Project Execution
• Interface management with Sales, Operations and Top Management
• Day to day monitoring of projects implementation and Maintaining updated data in SAP

Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineering Graduate or higher from a premier institute. Additional qualification in project management would be preferred
• Work Experience Minimum 15 years
• Knowledge of installation, commissioning processes and completion of mechanical engineering projects as per the contractual terms. Complete Engineering Business exposure or experience will be an added advantage
• Domain knowledge of Engineering projects in Gas Turbine, Fertilizers and large process Air Compressors
• Ability to lead a team of design and execution Engineers and vendor management. Ability to interact with team, vendors, partners and customers in demanding site situations working under stiff deadlines
• Resource and usefulness in solving challenging site related problems. Supporting sales in developing the market in new sectors with innovative ideas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Projects, Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Power point, word etc
