The Opportunity Alliance is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to jump in and help support our residential programs.
This opening in with our Bridge adult residential program. The Bridge is a 12-bed residential treatment program for homeless adults living with a major mental illness, many of whom also experience co-occurring conditions. The program works to address the complex needs of the clients, utilizing an integrated, individualized, and client-centered approach, operated 24 hours/day by staff trained in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and mental health and substance use treatment. Often our clients have co-occurring conditions, such as chronic health conditions and/or substance use disorders.
The Clinical Coordinators are professional social work positions that are responsible for providing quality treatment and service planning for the program. These positions contribute to the accomplishment of the Agency mission through the provision of direct clinical services to residential clients and serve as a clinical consultant to the residential staff or through the provision of home-based and community-based case management services to adults, and families with a mental health diagnosis.
Primary responsibilities:
These positions attend weekly program staff meetings and participate in other meetings as necessary.
Work is performed, reviewed, and evaluated under the supervision of the Program Director.
Schedule: This is a full time 40 hour/week, salaried position
Sunday - Thursday
Location: Portland, ME. Onsite with some possible remote ability at times
*Per diem/Relief opportunities may also be a consideration.
