We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Korea Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Seoul office and help execute strategic initiatives that support Roblox’s growth in the Korean market. In this role, you will manage local business operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support key programs across marketing, business development, and community initiatives. You will work closely with the Head of Korea and global teams to ensure local execution aligns with broader company goals.

Role is based in Korea and reporting to the Head of Korea

You will:

• Oversee and streamline daily operations of the Korea office, ensuring smooth logistics, budgeting, partner management, and overall office efficiency.
• Coordinate and execute Korea-specific programs in collaboration with global teams, driving initiatives from planning through to successful delivery.
• Support market development efforts by providing insights into the Korean gaming and tech landscape, and assisting with local partner activations and campaigns.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Korea team and HQ, ensuring strong cross-functional communication and alignment on priorities.
• Plan and support local office activities, events, and travel logistics while maintaining a compliant and well-organized workspace.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including scheduling and communications for leadership engagements, and fostering productive external partnerships.

You have: 

• 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, marketing, or business support roles, ideally in gaming, tech, or entertainment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English
• Deep understanding of the Korean gaming market and user trends.
• Comfortable managing partner relationships, contracts, and budgets.
• Experience working cross-functionally across distributed teams.
• Proven ability to execute programs and manage complex workflows independently.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused—able to take initiative and drive results.
