As a User Experience Designer (CL11) within Accenture’s Technology for Operations (TfO) team, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, scalable, and intelligent user experiences that power modern enterprise operations. The TfO team partners closely with Accenture Operations and client teams to deliver secure, automation-led, and technology-enabled operating models that drive measurable business outcomes.
In this role, you will independently lead UX design efforts across complex operational platforms, working with cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, automation, and business stakeholders. You will be expected to translate complexity into clarity, ensuring user-centric design is embedded into technology solutions from concept through delivery."
What are we looking for? "•Strong hands-on UX design capability with experience designing enterprise or large-scale digital products.
•Proven proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools.
•Solid design craft, attention to detail, and ability to maintain consistency across complex systems.
•Strong sense of aesthetics, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
•Practical experience applying Design Thinking and user-centered design methodologies.
•Ability to work independently, take ownership of design outcomes, and influence stakeholders.
•Visual Design and Development, Data Visualization and User Experience (UX) Research

Experience with prototyping and micro-interactions.
Exposure to Generative AI concepts or AI-enabled user experiences.
Foundational understanding of Agentic AI, automation, or intelligent systems.
Experience designing solutions around automation-driven workflows or operational platforms.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and enterprise design systems."
Roles and Responsibilities: "Drive end-to-end UX design for enterprise and operations-focused platforms, from problem definition to final execution.
Translate complex business and operational requirements into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences.
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, automation architects, and business stakeholders to shape and deliver high-quality solutions.
Design user journeys, workflows, interfaces, and interaction patterns that support automation-led and intelligent operations.
Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interaction models using Figma and modern design tools.
Apply design thinking and user-centered methodologies to solve real-world operational challenges.
Use insights from data, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve experience quality and adoption.
Ensure all design outputs meet Accenture design standards, accessibility guidelines, and visual quality benchmarks.
Contribute to solutioning discussions and support pre-sales or proposal activities when required.
