Compensation includes a base salary of $65,500.00 - $98,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Cox Automotive is currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Role:
As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of HR programs and services to the Cox Automotive Product and Technology Group (CAPTG). You’ll provide tactical, administrative, and coordination support across various people functions, helping us shape an engaging and effective workplace for our technology teams.
This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners, managers, and other cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and ensure we are delivering a best-in-class employee experience.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and front-line managers, advising on HR policies and regulatory requirements.
Support implementation of HR processes, tools, and policy changes to enhance organizational design and people programs.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including Voice of the Employee (VOE) action planning and change management support.
Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to deliver talent strategies and analyze workforce trends.
Collaborate with People Analytics to turn data into actionable insights and storytelling for leadership.
Support performance management talent reviews, and annual compensation planning.
Create presentations and reports to help leaders make informed talent decisions.
Champion a development-focused mindset among managers and employees.
Partner with Employee Relations on performance concerns and with Global Mobility on immigration questions.
Coordinate internship program logistics and support.
Conduct exit interviews and share insights with Human Resources Business Partners.
Monitor external HR trends and provide recommendations to keep the business competitive.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 2 years of experience in a related field (i.e. Talent Management, Human Resources, etc.). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in related field in lieu of a degree.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to influence and partners across all levels of the organization.
Strong business and HR acumen.
Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and application.
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification such as PHR, SPHR or GPHR.
Demonstrated ability to work in a geographically disbursed and matrixed organization.
Project Management experience.
Experience with Workday is a plus.
