About the Role
As our Research Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Researching Market Trends - Providing insight to the business from primary and secondary market research and analysis in the areas of the marketplace, customer, and competition across multiple verticals.

  • Analysing Business Information needs - Provide analysis, forecasting and reporting that informs and improves the effectiveness of the planning, execution and optimization of BI strategy and online programs.

  • Design and implement research, data collection & modelling – Working with commercial, product and markets teams, determine appropriate research and analysis approaches for primary and secondary market research projects. Conduct research and perform data analysis and reporting. Make recommendations and communicate findings

  • Analyse and interpret Data - Publish regular updates on market conditions to track trends in specialized market niches or product technology disciplines.

  • Customer Engagement - Manage the client relationship, including providing guidance on how to interpret and utilize the data effectively through consultation and written guidelines & analysis

About You

To be our Research Analyst you will likely be or have:

  • A mid-level professional with in-depth knowledge of technical discipline or specialism

  • Ability to develop a good understanding of roles of relevant functional groups in own area

  • Ability to suggest process improvement following investigative, analytic or diagnostic services

  • Effective communication

  • Ability to anticipate and interpret customer needs to identify solutions

  • Ability to explain difficult concepts and influence others to adopt a point of view for ideas and initiatives

  • Have prior knowledge and experience in financial and business modelling & analysis
