About the role: Functional Leader for Front Arena India PS team with strong Practice management experience.

What you will be doing:

• Growing the maturity and delivery capability of the India PS team of an Industry leading FIS solution

• Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, regional PS leads and the global L7 leader for Front Arena on - demos to prospects, review current demand & pipeline, capacity model, budget and forecasting.

• Take ownership of client escalations and be the regional POC for APAC and Middle east

• Bring innovative approach to accelerate project delivery and identify efficiency opportunities.

• Engage with global PS leaders and cross functional teams to drive value for client and FIS.

• Need to manage the budget of the portfolio of projects very closely.

• Timely escalation of potential 'red flags'

• Hiring and mentoring talent. Grow the functional SME capabilities of the team with targeted hiring from competition.

What you will bring:

• 18 + years of experience in Professional Services

• 5 + years of experience in large project / program management

• SME Leader with Front Arena / Calypso / Murex experience

• Experience of handling P & L of 10 M +

• Strong experience in budget, forecasting, RAID logs.

• Strong Experience is Front Office applications and structured products.

• Strong experience of having set up global PS teams and build talent with focus on functional skills.

• Experience of working with and presenting to client CXOs

• Experience of presenting to C-Suite Executives

• Experience of handling global programs and sound in working in cross cultural settings.
