Iron Mountain is seeking a target-oriented Executive to join our Records Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Records Management Service (RMS) responsibilities across multiple facilities, ensuring the safety and security of our warehouse operations.

You will lead a team of in-house and vendor-partnered staff, focusing on delivering seamless, high-quality projects on time while meeting critical operational guidelines.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Supervise Multi-Site Operations: Manage 4–5 warehouse facilities and their deployed teams to achieve both daily and monthly productivity targets.

• Lead Project Delivery: Coordinate Records and Information Management (RIM) projects—including retrieval, refilling, and Image on Demand (IOD) scanning—to ensure they adhere to the scope of work and established Turnaround Times (TAT).

• Monitor Performance and Compliance: Deliver Records Management Service (RMS) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by utilizing Google Sheets and Management Information System (MIS) reporting to track facility scores and productivity.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–5 years of experience managing multiple operational sites, specifically within Records and Information Management (RIM) or warehouse environments.

• Strong knowledge of production workflows (Retrieval, Racking, Putaway), facility consolidation, and migration projects.

• Proven ability in leadership and team management with a deep proficiency in Google Sheets and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.

• A Graduate degree is required; a specialization or background in Operations is highly preferred.
