In this role, you’ll manage a diverse client base across Geraldton and nearby areas, delivering full banking solutions tailored to the unique needs of each agribusiness.

We embrace flexible working—balancing the needs of our clients, our team, and your home life. You’ll work across the office, client sites, and remotely.

 

What You’ll Do

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their individual needs and identifying new opportunities
• Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a wide range of financial solutions
• Lead strategy, deal execution, and negotiation of financial solutions, while proactively managing risk

 

We’re Looking for People Who

• Take pride in delivering exceptional service and building trusted client relationships
• Have a strong understanding of the Australian Agribusiness landscape, with exposure to horticulture and broadacre cropping a bonus.
• Excel in deal execution, including origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions
• Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy delivering comprehensive financial solutions
• Are confident in financial analysis and credit decisioning, with a solid grasp of cash-flow drivers
