The ABB Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a skilled Talent Sourcer for Emiratization to identify, attract and engage with experienced professionals

In this key role, you will partner directly with the Emiratization team, Country HR, HRBPs, Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to attract best-in-class talent across the functions and business Areas in UAE, ensuring ABB continues to build an impactful, diverse, and future-ready workforce.

This role will report to the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead – MEA and will be based in Dubai UAE.

Your role:

• Partner with the recruitment team and Emiratization/ hiring managers and HR business partners, providing insights and guidance on experienced hire sourcing for Emiratization.
• Manage proactive identification, engagement and shortlisting for fresh / experienced-level roles across multiple disciplines for the different business areas.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates, with a focus on passive talent.
• Conduct talent mapping and benchmarking to analyze the external talent market, evaluating companies, skills, and trends for Emiratization to inform hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Phone screening qualified candidates and arranging for interviews with the respective Hiring Managers.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience, ensuring timely communication and a seamless recruitment process.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• 3 to 5 years of sourcing experience developed within search firms and/or global multinational organizations.
• Demonstrated ability in sourcing fresh/ experienced profiles in complex, matrixed, and global organizations ideally experience in Emiratization.
• Broad sourcing skills, including passive candidate engagement, market research, and talent intelligence.
• Excellent English & Arabic speaking.
