Perform corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance plan, scheduled corrective actions, and predictive maintenance of manufacturing equipment to optimize availability ratios, MTBF, and MTTR, as well as participate in continuous improvement teams to propose ideas that enhance productivity, quality, and safety within the production plant

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Perform corrective maintenance.
  • Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Implement improvement proposals.
  • Document equipment modifications.
  • Modify machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate subcontractors.
  • Place orders for spare parts replenishment.
  • Update spare parts drawings.
  • Participate in Kaizen teams by proposing improvement ideas.
  • Optimize spare parts expenses.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS:

Formal education

Required:

  • Intermediate Vocational Training.
  • High School Diploma.

Preferred:

  • Advanced Vocational Training in Mechatronics or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Advanced Vocational Training in Robotics and Automation or equivalent professional qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum required: 3 years.
  • Preferred: 5 years.
