Talent Strategy Consultant – Talent Assessment Consultant 

Position Summary: 
As a Pre-Sales - Talent Assessment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales cycle by translating client needs into tailored talent assessment solutions. You will collaborate closely with COC and business development teams to design, demonstrate, and communicate assessment frameworks that enhance hiring, leadership development, and workforce capability. 

We will count on you to: 

  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on talent assessment solutions during pre-sales engagements, conducting client discovery sessions to identify needs and qualify opportunities. 

  • Design tailored assessment architectures using psychometric tools and digital platforms, aligning solutions with client competency models and performance outcomes. 

  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling proposals, presentations, demos, and proof of concept sessions that translate complex methodologies into client-friendly language. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and engage with HR, Talent Acquisition, and L&D leaders to ensure solution alignment and build trusted client relationships. 

  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovations in assessment’s technology and talent analytics, contributing insights to marketing and product development efforts. 

 

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field. 

  • 3–7 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or HR solutions roles, with a strong preference for experience in designing or delivering talent assessments. 

  • Solid understanding of psychometric principles, talent assessment methodologies, and selection practices. 

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate client needs into structured assessment solutions. 

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken). 

  • Strong proposal writing, solution scoping abilities, and an analytical mindset comfortable with interpreting assessment and talent data. 

 

What makes you stand out: 

  • Certification in assessment tools such as SHL, Hogan, MBTI, Saville, or Korn Ferry. 

  • Proven involvement in thought leadership activities, including contributing insights, content, or webinars. 

  • Strong familiarity with emerging trends in assessment’s technology and psychometrics. 

  • Knowledge of other European languages (e.g., French or Spanish).
