Job Description Summary

Perform tasks related to receiving, warehousing and releasing materials into production. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions
and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

As this role, you will work with internal departments to assess and ensure product import and selling for China market.
As this role, you will work with external CMOs and internal plant to ensure radiopharmaceutical logistics availability.
As this role, you will assist line manager to explore for more logistics feasibility.
As this role, you will be responsible for some logistics operations.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• The logistics specialist for molecular imaging(MI) business, taking routine work under line manager's lead

• Responsibility:

  Work with commercial, demand planning, plant and customs affairs department to secure MI product importation and distribution.

  Work with R&D to establish and maintain supply routes for clinical products.

  Work with CMOs to establish and maintain supply routes for commercial & clinical products.

  Work with line manager to conduct logistics evaluation and logistics projects.

  Work with line manager to continuously monitor logistics compliance.

  Be responsible for product inbound & outbound operation in computer system.     

  Be responsible for radiopharmaceutical warehouse daily management and onsite operation including physical cargo inbound & outbound, shipment and inventory management       

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is the minimum;
• 1~3 experience in pharmaceutical, logistics or other related industries; Experience of using SAP is preferred;
• Sence of DG and hazardous chemical compliance is preferred; Sence of radioactive material compliance is preferred;
• Knowledge of importation; fluent in written and speaking English

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
