Location: Remote United Kingdom, or London Office

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to help us chart and follow our financial path and create value by proactively analyzing business and recommending improvement opportunities. 

You will partner and build trusting relationships with departmental leaders to provide a holistic, proactive and value-add Finance business partnering service.

You will be reporting to the Vice President of Finance, as part of a team of three.

What will you be doing as our FP&A Analyst?

  • Financial Planning: Developing and managing budgets and business plans, generating forecasts based on business initiatives, monitoring and updating cash runway.
  • Reporting and Performance Analysis: Preparing monthly financial reports, variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders. 
  • Strategic Planning: Providing insight to support strategic decision-making by developing financial models, providing scenario analyses, benchmarking against peers and market trends, and making recommendations
  • Business Partnering: This is a highly cross-functional role. Collaborating with teams across the organization driving financial support for improved insights
  • Continuous Improvement: Participating in efficiency improvement initiatives by enhancing financial planning systems and reporting processes. 

What we'd like you to bring to the table…

  • 3-5 years of prior experience as a financial analyst (preferably in a SaaS organization)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and credibility
  • Strong business acumen and working knowledge of accounting principles 
  • Advanced MS Excel or Gsheet modeling skills. You are a power user of Excel or Google Sheets. 
  • Advanced MS Powerpoint or GSlide skills. 
  • Proven ability to influence and build positive, trusting relationships with all stakeholders
  • Curious mindset: You love fixing and improving processes. You loathe dirty data and unnecessary complexity. 

Nice to haves:

  • Prior experience as an analyst  in an investment bank 
  • Prior experience with Anaplan or similar planning tool
  • Experience with an analytics platform such as Looker (preferred), Tableau, or PowerBI.

Target compensation package:

£40,000 - £55,000 base, + stock options + benefits.

The final offer may vary from the target compensation package, taking into consideration factors such as your experience level and skill set.  If we aren't aligned on salary at this stage, we’d still love to hear from you to better understand if there are more suitable opportunities at Cutover.
