We are looking for a skilled and strategic Head of Supply to lead and grow our AnyMind Marketplace team. In this role, you will develop and manage key supply partnerships, building relationships with publishers/SSPs and optimizing monetization strategies.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in mediation, header bidding technologies, and strong partner management skills, combined with an understanding of industry trends and market analysis. You will identify new revenue opportunities in Tier 1 markets, converting them into sustainable growth. With 6+ years of experience in publisher development, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance revenue potential across AnyMind Marketplace.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute strategies to onboard new publishers and grow existing partnerships
Act as the lead contact for publishers, understanding their business goals and offering strategic, data-driven guidance to maximize monetization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales to deliver innovative solutions that address publisher needs
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for revenue growth
Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement with publisher operations team
Who You Are
6+ years of experience in business development within digital advertising or adtech
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships, with a preference for candidates with existing publisher relations
Strong familiarity with programmatic advertising, SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, and publisher monetization strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Self-motivated team player with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets
