Job Description:

我們正在尋找一位對 IT 系統維運與雲端平台有興趣的實習生，加入我們的技術團隊，協助維護與監控企業級系統（如 Microsoft Dynamics 365、Azure、Power Platform 等）。你將在資深工程師的指導下，參與以下工作：
1.協助系統日常監控、例行維護與異常排查
協助記錄與追蹤客戶回報的問題（Ticket Management）
2.協助撰寫維運手冊與技術文件
3.協助執行系統更新、測試與備份作業
4.支援內部 IT 工具與自動化流程的優化
5.支援專案測試進行

1.資工、資管、電機、電子等相關科系背景（大三以上或研究所）
2.對 IT 維運、雲端平台或企業系統有興趣
3.熟悉 Windows 環境與基本網路概念
有責任感、細心，願意學習與解決問題
4.若具備 PowerShell、SQL、Azure、Power Platform 經驗者加分
