Job Description Summary

This position will function within the Lab Informatics Unit of Corporate Preclinical Development and Toxicology (CPDT) and will support the conduct of nonclinical laboratory investigations of medical devices and materials in accordance with GLP regulations and the BD CPDT Quality System.

Will serve as business analyst in the Microsoft Power Apps area focusing on metrics/dashboards and Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence).

Responsibilities:

• Specialized in Power BI for data visualization and analytics, with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps ecosystem for building business solutions and automating workflows.

• Experience working with SQL Server to create datamarts and leveraging Power BI to transform complex data into meaningful visualizations and interactive dashboards for stakeholders.

• Collaborate with diverse end users and data owners to gather requirements, serve as SME for multiple systems including SmartSheet, Crystal Reports, and LabWare LIMS, while providing primary support for Chemistry and Biology lab solutions.

• Utilize Microsoft Power Apps to automate business processes with particular focus on ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) technologies for efficient data warehousing and integration across systems.

• Provide comprehensive technical support across multiple platforms including LabWare LIMS, Agilent Enterprise Content Management, internal web pages, and web-enabled forms for CPDT and LAR COE areas.

Minimum Requirement:

• Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Sought as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in one or more areas expertise
