CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Deputy Program Manager with PMO experience to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.

What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Manage Program Management Office (PMO) with multiple related projects/portfolio of projects

  • Responsible for management across a single program or a program with multiple related projects or a portfolio of projects

  • Planning, organizing, and oversight for the successful completion of program level goals and objectives

  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints

  • Interface with various levels of program leadership: project managers, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered within compliance, scope, time, and budget constraints

  • Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations

  • Formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain secret clearance

  • 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree; or 14 years or more of experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements

  • Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs

  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff

  • Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues

  • Consult with client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions

These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment

  • Knowledge of the Sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners

  • Experience with high visibility projects

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,800-$191,000
