About This Opportunity  

We're seeking a skilled Client Facility Coordinator with expertise in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems. You'll be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and contributing to the ongoing success of our facilities.

Please Note: This role has a Market Loading of $5900 attached to the base rate (Non-Superannuable).


Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of maintenance strategies: Align maintenance plans with clients needs and university objectives.

  • Manage maintenance operations: Oversee maintenance tasks, asset management, and project management.

  • Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.

  • Provide expert advice: Offers specialist knowledge on property and facilities.

  • Ensure service excellence: Deliver high-quality maintenance services and seek continuous improvement.

  • Manage building systems: Oversee building infrastructure and operations.

  • Fulfill organizational requirements: Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety standards.

  • Prioritize safety and performance: Maintain a safe work environment, set performance goals, and support the team in its growth and development.
